Each digital memorial announcement is custom designed to coordinate with your loved one's memorial and can incorporate photographs, personalized colors, Scripture, meaningful quotes, service information, and other special details that reflect their life and legacy.
Digital announcements are designed for easy sharing with family and friends through social media, text messaging, email, and other digital platforms.

Instagram Post — Square-format design ideal for Instagram feeds and digital sharing.
Instagram Story — Vertical format designed for Instagram and Facebook Stories.

The Complete Package includes coordinating Facebook Post, Instagram Post, and Instagram Story designs.
Each format will coordinate visually while being appropriately sized and arranged for its intended platform.
Please Note: This is a digital product only. No physical product will be shipped. Final digital files will be provided after design, proofing, and approval.
Standard design and production time is approximately 5–7 business days after we receive all required photographs, wording, and information have been received. Rush and priority production may be available depending on current production capacity.

Design & Production Schedule
Standard orders require approximately 5–7 business days for design and production. The production period begins after all required photographs, wording, service information, and other requested content have been received.
Time spent waiting for missing information, photographs, customer responses, or proof approval does not count toward the production period.
Rush Production: 3–4 business days, subject to availability and an additional 20% fee.
Priority Production: 2 business days, subject to availability and an additional 35% fee.
Requests requiring completion in less than 48 hours require prior approval and are considered based on current production capacity, design complexity, quantity, and material availability. Please contact us before placing a last-minute order.
Families are encouraged to submit all available information as early as possible to allow adequate time for design, proofing, approval, and production.
Proofing & Revisions
A digital proof will be provided for your review before printing. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, spelling, dates, service times and locations, obituary wording, photograph placement, order of service, Scripture, poetry, acknowledgments, and other personalized information.
Standard designs include up to two rounds of reasonable revisions.
Additional revision rounds are $15 each.
Printing will not begin until final approval has been received. Once a final proof has been approved, Glory & Grace Creative Designs is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved content.
Changes requested after final approval or after production has begun may require additional design, production, and/or reprinting charges.
Proofreading, Editing & Obituary Writing
Basic proofreading is included with standard memorial designs and covers spelling, formatting, consistency, and obvious errors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, service information, and other personal details.
Additional writing and editing assistance is available when needed:
Light Editing & Polishing — $20
Includes assistance with grammar, sentence flow, clarity, and minor wording improvements.
Enhanced Editing & Restructuring — $35
For content requiring additional organization, restructuring, or more substantial wording improvements.
Obituary Writing Assistance — Starting at $50
For families who have the memories, details, and important information but would like assistance thoughtfully bringing those pieces together into a complete obituary.
Extensive or long-form writing projects may require a custom quote. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before additional billable work begins.
Photos & Additional Design Services
Each memorial style includes a designated number of photographs based on the available design space and selected format. Additional photographs may be added for $5 per 2 photos, subject to available design space.
Please provide clear, high-quality photographs whenever possible. Image quality can affect the appearance of the final printed memorial.
Optional photo enhancement services are also available:
Basic Photo Cleanup — $5 per photo
Minor adjustments to help improve the overall appearance of a photograph.
Background Removal or Replacement — Starting at $10 per photo
Available when a distracting or unsuitable background needs to be removed, simplified, or replaced.
Advanced Photo Restoration — Starting at $15 per photo
Intended for older or damaged photographs that may require more extensive restoration.
Pricing for background work and advanced restoration may vary depending on the condition of the original photograph and the complexity of the requested edits. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before the work is completed.
Please note: Not every photograph can be significantly improved. We will preserve the integrity of your loved one's image and will let you know if a requested enhancement may not produce a suitable result.
Shipping Information
Shipping is available for printed memorial orders within the United States. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the order, destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.
Please note that the standard 5–7 business-day design and production schedule does not include shipping time. Once your order has been completed and shipped, additional time should be allowed for carrier delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Glory & Grace Creative Designs is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If your memorial service date is approaching, please consider both production and shipping time when placing your order. Rush or priority production shortens the design and production schedule only and does not guarantee expedited carrier delivery unless an expedited shipping method is also selected.
Custom Order & Refund Policy
Each obituary and memorial product is custom designed specifically for your loved one. Because of the personalized nature of these products, all custom memorial orders are non-refundable.
Once design work has begun, payments associated with completed custom design work are non-refundable. After a final proof has been approved or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final proof, including names, dates, spelling, service information, photographs, wording, and other personalized content. Changes or corrections requested after final approval may result in additional design, production, and/or reprinting charges.
If an error made by Glory & Grace Creative Designs causes the completed product to differ from the customer-approved proof, we will correct the affected portion of the order at no additional cost.
Due to differences between screens and printed materials, slight variations in color or appearance may occur and are not considered printing defects.
